To make learning more vivid and meaningful
To kids of all ages:
There’s a place in Michiana made just for you! And this is it - the Hannah Lindahl Children’s Museum! Step inside and you’ll step back in time to a world your grandparents - even your great-grandparents - knew. You’ll also get a close look at the wonderful world of nature, a taste of life in Japan, and the excitement in our Survive Alive fire safety training house. Every exhibit presents something fascinating to see!
Please do touch!
This is a museum where many scientific and historical items are arranged with kids in mind-at their eye level and ready for young hands to examine them. You are invited to touch:
              • Fossils, rocks, geodes, mastodon bones
              • Native American artifacts
              • Tools and clothing from the mid-1800's
              • Old musical instruments
              • Period furniture
              • Firefighting equipment
              • and more!
